1. No Refund Policy

FD SmartPOS operates on a subscription-based model. All payments made for subscriptions, upgrades, or additional services are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment has been successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Partial use of the subscription period
  • Failure to use the service
  • Change of business decision
  • Account suspension due to violation of Terms
  • Technical issues not caused by Future Desk Pvt Ltd


2. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. However:

  • Cancellation will stop future billing.
  • The current subscription period will remain active until its expiration date.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused time.


3. Exceptional Cases

Future Desk Pvt Ltd reserves the sole right to review exceptional cases and make decisions at its discretion. However, refunds are not guaranteed.
